The vintage grain sacks we use are between 30 and 50 years old and the more you use them the softer and more loveable they get! Each sack has a series of stripes in a variety of colours which was used as a coding system as to which sacks belonged to which farmer, how cool is that?!

This beautiful bag has a series of five, fantastically preserved, different sized deep wine coloured stripes and has been lined with a Blossom patterned cotton. On the inside, there is a sturdy lobster keyring to keep your keys safe, a useful divided pocket and a removable privacy purse made using a Spanish stripy canvas fabric.
