This antique sack is slightly narrower than our normal sacks, we absolutely LOVE the lived in soft stripes and the beautiful repair job made by the owner many many years ago !

We have lined this stunning bag with a small polka dot cotton fabric, added a little pocket to keep your precious items safe, paired it with a lovely green striped removable privacy purse and added our short natural leather handles!

The vintage sack that has been used to make your beautiful bag is made out of hemp. These were instrumental in getting farmers sugar, flour and grain to the mill, many families stripes and monograms were stitched or stencilled onto the fabric ensuring the sacks were returned to their rightful owner.
